Here is the information and schedule for next weekend's Area All State Festival:

Schedule
January 30 & January 31, 2015

Friday, January 30
11:30 am - 12:00 noon ARRIVAL/REGISTRATION- Plan on eating lunch prior to your arrival. Students should proceed to the auditorium where they will leave their coat and instrument case for the afternoon. Instrumental students, please bring a music stand. There will be stands, but we may not have enough for everyone.

12:15 - 4:30 p.m. Mixed Chorus Rehearsal - Beeler Rehearsal Room

4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Dinner in dining halls-check your meal pass for location and sign the pass

5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Rehearsals resume:
Mixed Chorus - Beeler Rehearsal Room

7:30 p.m. Departure (take bus back to Dryden and arrange to be picked up by 8:00pm)

Saturday, January 31 Get your own ride to Ithaca College and arrive by 9:15am. Please do not go to the auditorium. Proceed directly to your dressing room upon arrival. Mixed Chorus Men: Room 2330, Women’s Chorus Room: 2105. Leave your coat, instrument case and concert clothes in this room. DO NOT leave any valuables. Ithaca College is not responsible for any loss.

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Rehearsals resume
Mixed Chorus - Ford Hall

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Lunch in dining hall (be sure you have your meal ticket!)

12:30 p.m. Rehearsals resume (conductor’s discretion)
Mixed Chorus - Beeler Rehearsal Room

Concert Performances
2:00 p.m. Women’s Chorus/Mixed Chorus
4:00 p.m. Band/Orchestra

Tickets are required for each performance. After the choral concert, everyone must leave the hall. Parents of the band and orchestra should be seated first. If any choral members’ families would like to stay, they can watch if there are enough seats. Tickets are $7 and will be sold at the door. Please plan to get there in advance to get your tickets.
